Guys, I think you are forgetting/neglecting a team over here.. Germany 4 - 0 Portugal We all know who is going to win the WC! Germany with #2 probably are favourites (@kraken) and come on, it's GERMANY. ^^ Sent from my GT-I8190 using Tapatalk Well, I was going to also add that the US go undeafeated in there group and win the cup, but I realized pigs will fly first and the moon would actually turn blue before this ever happens.

Now wouldn't it be cool if pigs could fly?

I'm putting my money on Germany even though I think France has a good chance to make it far.

Yay, all are for germany! France though is having a great start with 5 - 0 vs Swiss atm. Game is still running. Both teams are dangerous. Sent from my GT-I8190 using Tapatalk

5-2 for France. With one goal one sec after the final whistle blow, and one missed penalty. Very pleasant to watch

Well, he's won almost everything as a player and won quite a few things as a coach. Domenech brought one team to Elite, that's all. Nothing too surprising... go France!

Sigh, its official. I'm a curse to any team that I pull for in a sport I watch on tv...... :/ I turned to watch our game and see we are already done 1-0. I think we played good, from when I watched, but I wouldn't know since I don't watch much soccer.
Also, what the hell is a water break for?!?!?!?!?!?! I mean, seriously these guys aren't conditioned to face conditions like this? Good grief, here in the states every year we play football in weather that's like this in the first part of fall......

To be fair, american football does have commercial breaks and offense gets a break while defense is on the field, defense gets a break while offense is on field. But yeah i mostly agree with you.

That's true especially in pro football. In the college game, you actually have to deal with all the teams running the new no huddle fast pace offense. It would always drive me crazy trying to watch a game and find after a commercial break I had missed part or all of a play.

Ew. So not used to the word "tie" being used in football. We call it a "draw" ;p I believe USA advancing to the knockout stages of a World Cup and England not making it past the group stages is the first sign of the apocalypse, right? No offence intended but I thought that was never something I'd see in my lifetime :/
