Maybe even worse because there would be more arguing... that's what shotcallers are for... *Wall of text* I disagree strongly. The only game we got destroyed was the last game because the whole team was tilted from the losses and we were not playing properly (including me). We are not bad that's for sure, at least I know I am good but I am willing to accept mistakes. You cannot expect to start winning all the games off the start. Even if that is the case, mistakes will show up and appear sooner or later. We made two key mistakes which led to the losses. First one was coordination, (Main reason: lack of voice communication) that is the reason we THREW our first game (leading by 2 levels and grabbing almost every dragon, so no Unruler we didn’t get "reckt" 3 times, maybe 2 ) This resulted in more mistakes for the rest of our games. The losses started piling up, we start being insecure and we start doubting our teammates. Second was our drafting, we did not pick the correct heroes at times. Which is tied up to our first reason communication. Doesn’t matter if I or someone else picks there “best” hero if someone in the team is insecure and not used to that certain hero or his abilities our TEAM is not as solid in fights. On a side note there were players that don’t have a variety of heroes to choose from or experience in the field of battle. However that falls into my responsibility because I went in fully conscious of the situation (I took my risk but for the fun of playing all of us from Wotbp). Thanks for reading my wall of rambling. I am going to play again this Saturday anyone is more than welcome to join and play another round of team league. This time I will ask that whoever joins uses Skype (If you don’t want to use your personal account that is fine, create a second account so we can communicate) and I will try to look into TS. Hopefully this will lead to better results and maybe we can get used to playing with each other more. See you in Heroes of the Storm!!

exactly for reasons mentioned above I wanted QM also, it would be nice for everyone involved to make some kind of a list similar to mine, just to see all the possibilities

You seem to blame everything on tilt and psychological reasons, but I very much doubt it. Personally, I was not tilted and was playing as safe as I could, it was teamplay that was lacking. With two tanks in all of our games we didn't have a frontline, in other words tanks were not tanking, therefore, backline was exposed and teamfight could not succeed in that situation.

We are going to need a better place to post that. This forum post is starting to get messy. We will have to wait until Saturday, maybe even Friday.

exactly for reasons mentioned above I wanted QM also, it would be nice for everyone involved to make some kind of a list similar to mine, just to see all the possibilities I agree, we should do QM first to train our teamplay, that way we would not sacrifice our rank learning. Here's the list of my heroes with my favorites in bold: Warriors: Anub'Arak, Johanna, Muradin, Leoric, Diablo, ETC. Assassins: Illidan, Falstad, Butcher, Jaina, Valla, Raynor, Thrall, Zerathul, Tychus, KT. Support: Malfurion, Monk, Uther, Reghar, Lili. Specialist: Nazeebo, Sylvanas, Hammer. I'm also looking to expand my collection and open to suggestions. I'm thinking about Morales looks like solid support, can output nice healing. Also, we need to define roles, especially tanks because they lead the whole team, so I think it would make sense that our shotcaller will be a tank.

That is not the only problem but team play like you said is also an issue. You might have been playing safe, but maybe too safe. Not making a risky play to turn the tide of battle and just going through the motions and losing. The points I am making are general mistakes to improve team play. I could start pointing fingers and say what each person did wrong but that’s not what we need now. Good team play/coordination is great but a Team is only as powerful as each individual in the team, that’s not up to me (that’s why we are starting this I don’t expect to get a team of rank 1 players, the idea is to reach that.)

Not making a risky play to turn the tide of battle and just going through the motions and losing. Risky moves rarely pay off, you need to do all you can to not die, because unnecessary deaths are the big reason of loss. Like in the last game you fed a lot and that gave enemy team an advantage even before the first curse. It's always better to retreat if you see you're losing instead of fighting to death.

I agree so that's why this weekend lets try to play better and make some progress. I will tank for the team as well as be the shotcaller.
