I only saw Alzorath's videos and i doesnt seem that amazing like some ppl said. I still prefer SE.

Colly knows little too much about me, that scares me...  Yep, I'm in the beta, I have been waiting far too long and finally they will nerf those freaking mages  I was tired of PYRO PYRO kill combos. Worst than double, no triple Fireball!!!!! |

It's open beta now for North America and Europe. Yesterday was a happy HS day for me, after some arena play, i pulled out my 2nd legendary from a pack and it was GOLDEN! An animated one!!!!!  |

Just started playing it, and love it! I love flavor and graphics.
I wouldn't say it's better than SE, but it's better than SE. Blizz simply know their stuff, how to motivate player, how to build reward system, arena is simply beautiful and it's GOD in comparison to SE's draft.
It's much harder to get cards than in SE though, but you can play and win even with basic decks (well, at lower levels at least).
PS It's my opinion and I don't wanna spawn a flame wars or anything, if you like SE more, it's fine.

TBH, after playing it for few months, I can say that SE is still better for the competitive players, and HS for casual. SE is really a much deeper and more strategy involved game, part because of it's mechanics though, lol! Mechanics that I'm starting to hate-SACRIFICING! LOL! I mean I like the idea, but it turns out to be a matter of S&M stuff with all the draw engines that need few turns in order to work and can be destroyed easily for 1cc..but that will be changed in SF.. HS Arena is nice, but too much lucky based, they still need to look for the balance, because some of the cards are way too useful and stronger than the others. The same goes for the Heroes... And yeah, the game isn't much grindy, so it scores not well in my books, kekeke But at least you always get a pack of cards for the arena. Too bad it's only FIVE cards. |

But the thing though is that every card in HS has so much character, it's not just generic wisps, sparks and troops. Especially if you take legendary cards, they are very special, I like that. And they are easier to get than in SE, lol. Overall, production quality is much higher in HS, that is obvious. I'm thinking what SE has that HS doesn't apart from cards that is gone all weird and confusing walls of text in the description just second expansion in. |

I just started playing the Beta of this game today. It is very fun. I used to play WoW so it is cool to see the old characters I used to love.
The game is pretty simple, no sacrificing is nice. I was just practicing so I don't have any idea how arena is at all.
The game has really good animations and interactions, super polished. Blizzard are always pretty awesome when making games. I found it to be too cartoony for me. I remember people saying that to me when I used to play WoW, that was their reason they didn't like it. Now I know how they feel, I didn't at the time.

I started to play yesterday too and as cuzbot said is a good game but too simple, you just cast and hit... I still prefer SE over HS |
