HIMYM Two and a half men (with Charlie sheen): yes, I know it's repetitive and has zero character development, but good for 20 min lols Big Bang theory Game of thrones Dexter (only on rare occasions when I can watch without my wife, she refuses) Suits Fringe (how could they force them to cut this short?) The mentalist Burn notice Chuck. OMG, you call yourselves geeks, and no one mentions Chuck?!?!?!?

Chuck. OMG, you call yourselves geeks, and no one mentions Chuck?!?!?!? Says the guy without Doctor Who! And I watch 2 and a Half when I shuffle channels on TV. Yeah good quick time waster. I wish I had my laptop.

I know character development on HIMYM is sooooooo long. On the other note, I put lost in my post. It's also awesomeeeeee. Watched the whole series in one week thnx to Netflix..lol That is some serious TV watching. It took me 6 months to get through Lost on Netflix. That was almost 1 episode per day. It's something like 120 hours. .. Yea I know I watched at least 10 episodes a day...it was my break so it was possible for me. Just like every other critic lost finale disappointed me

I ll just put up a few old ones which really struck the spot: Pasadena - great mistery thriller/drama, unfortunately only 13 episodes made but try to find it its worth every minute. Men behaving badly - a pretty hilarious comedy if you like UK joke style Pretender - a guy with amnesia who can do anything, dive, be a pilot, secret project bla bla, great show Melrose place - its like Beverly Hills but actors are a bit older no kids show Baywatch? I remember there was a horror version of the series called Baywatch Nights ok this was random now back on track... Black Adder - also a UK comedy its pretty hilarious as well if you like this kind of humor offcourse and almost forgot it Tropical Heat! American show I believe, detective Nick Slaughter falling into new troubles each time. This series was really popular almost iconic in Serbia where I watched it for the first time. I have loads of episodes on DVD so I can watch them when I feel the urge

i feel ashamed not knowing anything from that list. And I forgot to mention Spaced, and Coupling. Both are very very good comedies. Yeh, been meaning to get dr who Do it preferably before November 23rd, the showing of their 50th Year Anniversary special. Gonna be huge. PS im on a series drought right now but I'll check out Chuck if I get my gear back.

I loved Chuck from episode one. But it's only when you have seen all 4 seasons, and start watching from season one again, that you realize how the show just gets better and better as it progresses, to the point that it's almost difficult to start in season one again.

i feel ashamed not knowing anything from that list. No need to really because most of these are really niche series. I could have added Star Trek or Friends but most people know of these and watched them so I tried to remember and share a few of my favorites not so much known but pure gold nonetheless.

If I don't forget any, TV series I'm currently enjoying or I enjoyed recently are (the main theme is in parenthesis in the rare case someone doesn't know them): Homeland (anti-terrorism) - very very well written series, it deserved its awards Misfits (comedy? horror? sci-fi?) - after season 2 it started degenerating, but there're still lots of spectacular deaths that keep me laugh Teen Wolf (werewolves) - season 2 was quite disappointing, too much sci-fi; I hope they will recover with season 3 that looks promising Game of Thrones (fantasy) - I don't like fantasy but this one is just too "real" to be avoided Boris (comedy) - the best Italian series, it's a shame there aren't English versions of it Modern Family (comedy) - I'm still in the middle of season 3, while season 4 already went on air; it seems still enjoyable How I Met Your Mother (comedy) - I'm far behind with this... I don't dislike it but TBBT is more hilarious so I have to give it priority The Big Bang Theory (comedy) - simply amazing! Tons of laughs during every episode Da Vinci's Demons (historical / action) - this one just started, I like badass Leonardo Da Vinci Scrubs (comedy) - I could never watch it seriously, I just many episodes in random order from MTV, their approach to comedy was wonderful I watch all of them in Italian but Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory.

used to like walking dead a lot, but then i read the comics... I would still watch the new episodes out of curiosity but i recommend the comics they're 100xtimes better that the tv show imo (be warned the first issues start out kinda sloppy but it picks up)
