Hmm, to bad we can't actually use some good football players and sub them in on our team. I can only imagine the pain someone would be in if they were tackled by a three hundred pound lineman! Oh well, who cares, we will lose anyway?

On the other hand past winners got by without strong forwards a la France 98. Guivarc'h, seriously? A strong midfield especially one holding midfielder to protect the back four is the foundation for a domineering team. England (sigh) does not have a good holding midfielder unless you wanna count Gerrard in his revitalised role in Liverpool. But kill me if Roy plays both Gerrard and Lampard ever....
