3 turns for Seasick seems rough though..... Rough Waters is a 2,5cc card actually. It's not as powerfull as the 3cc Freezing Grip because Rough Waters actually allows allies to defend! But I really wanted some of these cards to be strong and autoincludes! Hahaha, you gotta be unbiased and balanced as DT!

Just amazing, favourite expansion so far Awesome ideas and the effects of the cards fit very well with the Viking theme, love it! Love the Viking-theme anyways as being half-viking myself ^^ Some of the cards seem to be quite strong if they would be in the game, but so what, Vikings are the strongest fighters in the world!!!!

Really really nice. How about adding some kind of beserker theme? Deals double damage this turn, but can't defend until the start of your next turn. Or deals damage to three targets, one of them must be friendly ally or hero.

Nice artowrks, Clan Counsel should cost 2 or maybe 3, it's completely unplayable right now. And I don't see the point of No Surprises too, there aren't weapons that make it worth to play in my opinion.

I really like the theme.
Helgrim only really has 1 possibility and that's a combination with Blade of the Yari. While that combination is strong, it takes too long to set-up being that the weapon costs 6CC and any decent player isn't going to keep 2 four health allies on the board by T6 against him since he only has taht 1 combo. He is the weaker of the two heroes.
Olrik is better, but cards like Assassination, Tidal Wave, Retreat, Banish, Mind Control, Perfect Shot + BB Blast, Crippling Blow, Now Your Mine, Captured Prey, Punisher's Gauntlet's, Marshland Sentinal, and Layarian Seductress all can counter the ability. It's the same problem as Elementalis.
My Deck (40 Cards): 1xOlrik
Allies (18 Cards): 3xBlake Windrunner 2xCoI 3xAldon 4xNorthern Watch 4xNorthern Guardian 2xAeon
Abilities (16 Cards): 3xRough Waters 3xTwo Handed Assault 4xThunder Ritual 3xScouting Party 1xTempered Strike 2xBad Santa
Items (5 Cards): 1xJarl's Desire 4xTroublemaker (I'm not sure if you meant the ability on this card to be a negative, but it's a positive shielding it from IK, Garg, Wulven Savage, etc)
Northern Watch, Troublemaker, and Northern Guardian are the best cards in the set. N. Watch is great for 3CC as you get to draw a card and more than likely deal at least 3 damage. N. Guardian is great as it allows changing the state of the board or even stalling for a turn. Troublemaker = 2 attack/4 durability with a bonus. It seems overpowered against the current weapons as all the 2 attack/4 durability + bonus weapons are 5CC.
I think there is enough control in the deck to get to high resource counts. Once at high resource counts you go with the scouting party, Aldon, Blake combo's while you continue to pound with Trouublemakers or stall with N. Guardian.

I don't think Rough Waters is necessarily over-powered. It is comparable to Crippling Blow, although Crippling Blow is one of the most powerful cards in the game.

Way to go Haydes.... The very first SE Viking deck I wanted Troublemaker to be the Vikings JD and you spotted that right away! Allthough Troublemakers lack of defence might seem negative to some and you properly will end up wishing you could defend with TM onboard, I actually made TM for Helgrim in order for him to smash things up Gwen-style! So with enough shadow energy and a TM + Tempered Strike combo that's 20 points of damage within 2 turns!

Gwen can do it because she has ITF and also because her ability only costs 3SE. With that type of deck the main strategy is being able to stall long enough to build your SE so that the combo works. Helgrim needs an ITF to be a viable Gwen alternative.
